  • Where do I check in?

    Check-in is currently located next to Virgin Island Coffee Roasters. The entry is along King Street on the South West corner of the building.

  • Can I check in early?

    Please call or email and we will see what we can do.

  • Can I check out late?

    We’ll do our best to accommodate, however it may not be possible based on the days checking. If we can accommodate the fee is $100 to extend to 3pm. After 3pm there is a full nights charge.

  • Do you have Wi-Fi?

    Yes we offer free Wi-Fi at the hotel and all of our food & beverage outlets.

  • Do you offer room service?

    We don’t however we have a multitude of portions on the first level of the hotel. Also Christiansted is full of fantastic dining options just a short stroll down the boardwalk.

  • Should we rent a car?

    We strongly recommend renting a car so you can fully explore the island. Taxis are available on pre scheduled basis, there are no Uber/Lyft services on island.

  • Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?

    We do not offer rollaway beds nor cribs.

  • Can I smoke or vape in my room?

    No, all our rooms and patios are non smoking. There is a $250 fee per night if you do.

  • Do the rooms have refrigerators and coffee makers?

    We offer refrigerators in all rooms, coffee is available for purchase on the first floor at Virgin Island Coffee Roasters.

  • Are the rooms air-conditioned?

    Yes all rooms are air-conditioned and controllable by remote. Some rooms also feature ceiling fans.

  • Is there parking?

    Being built in 1743, we unfortunately were not blessed with a parking lot. However there is street parking throughout town and a government operated parking lot at the end of the boardwalk.

  • Are dogs allowed?

    well behaved dogs are welcome under 20lbs. If your best friend or your dog makes a mess or causes any damage, we’ll have to charge accordingly. If you are a pirate and can show proof of such you may have your parrot accompany you in our pirate inspired tiki bar, Breakers Roar.

  • Do you allow service animals?

    Of course!
